Refund and Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your purchase from Outdoor heating. However if you wish to return an item either for exchange or you no longer wish not to keep it, please contact us for details.

Please ensure that when goods are returned, the following information is included:-

• Original packaging along with product documentation
• Copy of the original shipping/despatch note showing order number and your address details
• Copy of your email order receipt

It is imperative that all items are checked once received. Any shortages or damage must be reported in writing (email) within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive replacements.  

All returned goods must be in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging.

Goods being returned that are no longer required will be at the cost of the customer.
